Reschedule and Refund Policy

We understand that sometimes plans change.

 

To ensure smooth arrangements for all participants, please take note of our policy:

• Reschedule & Refund Requests can only be made up to 24 hours before the class starts (H-24).

• Requests made within 24 hours of the class cannot be accommodated.

• Reschedule and refund requests must be submitted through our official channel (WhatsApp/Booking system).

• Each class requires a minimum of 3 participants. If fewer than 3 people register, the class will be canceled and a refund will be issued. 

We kindly ask for your understanding, as this policy allows us to manage class capacity and waitlists fairly for everyone.
